Payment Options:

Credit/Debit Cards:

We accept all major credit cards in our online purchase. The payments (your credit / debit card’s details) are secured and processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your credit / debit card information or any other payment method passwords.

PayPal:

You can also use PayPal to make your payment. If you do not want to use your credit/debit cards or PayPal, follow one of others alternative payment options below.

Via Western Union Money Transfer:

Via Western Union Money Transfer is one the fastest, most reliable way to send and receive payments. It has numerous branches worldwide. It has several branches here in Nepal too. Therefore if you need expedited delivery, we recommend you to wire your payment through Western Union Money Transfer. You may do it through your nearest local branch/agent of WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER. They will charge you some transfer fee, which you should afford yourself. After transferring your payment, you should send us the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), which they will provide you. Once we receive your MTCN, we will ship your order the same or the next day.

If you are willing to do wholesale business or bulk order with us for resale purposes in you local area, you should Transfer the funds through a Bank Fax/telegram Transfer Service (or Bank Drafts) If you are willing to receive the order by Air Cargo, you also must remit the payment through this service because we need to make some documents (such as APC, Advance payment Certificate) from bank to clear your consignment from custom. How An Order Is Handled:

Each online sale, paid/processed through the site will be acknowledged by [email protected] on the following 1-2 business days. The mail will include topics like payment, sold item/s name, quantity, time frame, forwarding, delivery time and others as necessary. EGKH will update the customer in a regular basis on the status of the order. The tracking number of the order will be mailed to the customer after forwarding it to courier agent as specified in the sales acknowledgement mail.

Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery Time Frame:

The order processing, shipping & delivery time frame entirely depends on the type and availability of the product that is ordered. Most of the products on order are made to order. Nonetheless, our processing, forwarding, shipping & deliver activities can take anywhere from 3-5 days to 30 days at maximum. Ex Gurkha Khukuri House will send you email notification with shipment tracking number once your order has been shipped. Our shipping/forwarding partners are FedEx, DHL, TNT, SkyNet & Aramex. Below is our average fulfillment time from order confirmation to delivery.

  • Legal procedures (formalities + documentation) = 1 day
  • Shipping (source to destination) = 3-8 days

Order Confusion:

In case of any confusion on our part regarding your order, We will contact you and confirm the product type that is actually ordered before processing the order further. We will contact you as soon as possible if your order appears confusing to us to avoid any delay and future hassle at later stage.

Shipping Policy:

kukrismanufacturer.com (EGKH) believes in quality services. The khukuris or any other products that you purchase at kukrismanufacturer.com (EGKH) are relatively high in value and vary greatly in weight. We calculate shipping charges based mostly on the weight and distance and not on the value of the items. Our intent is to charge you the actual cost and nothing extra to ship it to your desired address. Once you complete the billing and shipping detail form, the shipment cost is automatically added on the order review form. When your order is placed, EGKH will generally ship your order within the next couple of days (subject to product availability) and the delivery company will deliver your order within 8 – 12 days. We will inform you within 24 hours regarding your shipment and will provide you the tracking number. Customer him/herself can locate where about his/her shipment package using the tracking number and the shipping service provider.

Return And Refund Policy:

EGKH staffs work round the clock tirelessly to meet the demands and to satisfy each and every customer. All products are carefully checked time and again before actually forwarding. We are confident you would not be disappointed with your buy. We would like to aware our visitors as that more than 80% buyer are returning customers wanting to buy more with each purchase. This fact itself discloses the quality and the customer service we offer.

Under the following circumstances/situations, EX GURKHA KHUKURI HOUSE implements refund polices:

  • In case a product other than actually ordered/sold has been sent by mistake.
  • While paying online by a customer, if s/he happens to duplicate the order or its payment unknowingly. When payment for the same item is accidentally received/deposited twice.
  • If EGKH completely fails to deliver the product or delays well beyond the given delivery time frame.

Note: Each blade is marked “E.G.K.H” (Trademark) to let the customer know this is a genuine product of Ex Gurkha Khukuri House (P.) Ltd. and buyers know that those are real blade. Also note that when issuing a refund 5% of the total paid amount will be deducted for processing the refund. Also be informed that a refund will not be issued when the shipment package gets stuck at the customs in the destination country, whatever the reason for this might be.
