Return & Refund Policy

All of the items that we sell are assumed in perfect working condition (unless otherwise we state on Auction likewise Antiques). In the RARE case that an item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item and we will gladly exchange/or refund the item for you. Returned item(s) must be in resale or the same condition when it was delivered. For all returns the buyer has to pay for shipping cost but if wish to replace then we will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless we misrepresented the item you ordered for.

Ex Gurkha Khukuri House (EGKH) refunds under the following circumstances:
* In case a product other than actual ordered or sold had been sent by mistake.
* If EGKH completely fails to deliver the product or delays well-beyond the given delivery time frame.
* Please note that shipping, handling and insurance charge will not be refundable. Return shipping Charge should also be borne by the the buyers.

Note:

• When issuing a refund 5% of the total paid amount will be deducted for processing the refund and up to a maximum of 95% of the total paid amount will be refunded only after the product is returned to us in the condition it was delivered to you.
• In case you want to cancel your order before the shipment of your order has been handed over to our shipping partners 50% cancellation fee will be applicable on the product prices. You’ll only be refunded the shipping charges and 50% of the product cost.
• Refund will not be issued when the shipment package of your order gets stuck in the customs at the destination country.
