6″ Hand Forged Blade Super Mini Jungle Wooden Handle Khukuri | Kukri
US$ 48.00
This Super Mini Jungle Wooden Handle Khukuri with a small 6″ hand-forged blade is a very handy khukuri specially used for cutting wood which is also very easy to carry with you anywhere. It can be engraved with a design of a dragon or any other design of your choice (may cost extra).
Super Mini Jungle Wooden Handle Khukuri (also called “kukri”) is smaller than Mini Jungle and standard jungle khukuri. The length of the hand-forged blade is 6” long and measures 10” long with a wooden handle. The handle is more practical, more beautiful. It weighs 350 grams with a buffalo leather sheath. This is a very popular khukuri for every tourist who visits Nepal. It can be engraved with a dragon or other design of your choice.
This 6″ Hand Forged Blade Super Mini Jungle Wooden Handle Khukuri comes with two pockets on the back of the scabbard which hold a blunt steel called “chakmak” for sharpening the blade or for striking spark from flint and a little knife known as “karda” used for skinning, cutting paper and opening packages. The notch (“kaura” or “kaudi”) in the blade near the hilt of this khukuri serves as a conduit for the blood on the blade to drip out, thus preventing it from soiling the hilt, as well as a device for catching and neutralizing an enemy blade.
