This is a 5″ Chitlange Khukuri | Authentic Kukri Gift. This is a traditional chitlange khukuri (also called kukri or khukri by many people outside Nepal) with small size oil quenching tempered blade to perform small utility tasks. The design of chitlange khukuri comes from the village “Chitlang” of Nepal forged by skillful craftsmen. This khukuri is hand forged by Kaamis belonging to the Biswakarma castes who are the traditional inheritors of the art of kukri-making. It is handmade khukuri made from high-quality materials and using very traditional methods & hand tools.
It has a 5” long blade and a 4” handle. The highly polished blade is made of highly graded 5160 carbon Steel with a razor-sharp edge and the handle is a rat tail handle made of rosewood. We provide a special western sheath made of cotton wrapped in water-buffalo leather.
