The film “Book of Eli” highly inspired the shape, design, and even the name of this khukuri (often pronounced as khukri or kukri by most people outside Nepal) knife we forged. Hence we called it 13-inch Eli Heavy Duty Full Tang Chopper Bushcraft Khukuri.
The divine man’s sacred bowie knife is skillfully reproduced by EGKH so that everyone can have it now. It is one lethal yet incredibly useful utility tool that can be used at home, on farms, and far away in the battle frontlines to fight the enemy. This knife has been slightly improvised by EGKH than the original to better its performance and hence the result.
The kukri also has multiple see-through holes in the blade to work as a shock absorber during very hard blows so that the impact force on the blade & handle can be minimized and thus preserving the sharpness of the edge even during heavy use. Just like the character himself in the film Book of Eli, this kukri is a survival utility tool while also being an assault, defensive, wilderness & domestic knife for the real world. The 13 inch long blade provides for greater reach while 6 mm upper spine provides excellent strength and durability to the kukri. The 3 inch belly with sharpened spine is excellent for attacking and stabbing. The slightly straighter shape provides for more effective cutting and hacking.
Note: This is handcrafted kukri, therefore please note that each one might have slight variations in measurement.
