12″ Book of Eli Machete | Handforged Rust Free Kukri Knife

The 12″ Book of Eli Machete knife has two other size variations where one has a short 8-inch blade and the other has a long 20-inch blade.

The film “Book of Eli” highly inspired the shape, structure and even the name of this kukri (originally called Khukuri by the Nepalese people). The knife is handmade by Ex Gurkha Khukuri House. It has a 12-inch razor sharp blade made from highly graded 5160 carbon steel. The blade has a balanced oil quenching temper and has a raw finish except on the edge. This blade minimizes rust exceptionally well and you can use it in the wet environment without having to worry about rusting of the blade. It features an elongated see through hole in the blade that works as a shock absorber during heavy & hard blows so that impact kickback can be minimized. The full tang handle which is 6-inch in length is made from strong rosewood. The scabbard is made from pinewood covered in refined water buffalo leather.

The divine man Eli’s sacred machete knife is skillfully reproduced by blacksmiths of the Ex Gurkha Khukuri House and is made available for all our customers at the best quality and affordable price. It is one lethal weapon & light tool that can be used in frontlines or at home. The knife has been slightly improvised by EGKH than the original machete to better its performance and hence its outcome. Just like the character himself in the film this machete is a survival cum utility, assault, defensive, wilderness and domestic knife in the real world.

The 12-inch long blade on this 12″ Book of Eli Machete will provide for better reach to your target while keeping you at a distance whereas the sharpened spine at the tip aids for attacking and stabbing. The blade is slightly bent in shape to provide for more effective cutting and hacking. The see-through hole supports and minimizes the blade’s impact. The shape is a combination of a kukri & bowie knife (2 in 1) combined for maximum ability.
