It is a part of the regimental weaponry and heraldry of the Nepalese Rifled. The blade is made of Highly Graded Carbon with a balanced temper on the edge of the blade therefore it’s very strong. Besides carrying the knife in wartime, this blade can be used to chop wood or bone cleaning bushes. This is also called Standard Issued in Units as they have few other Army kukris issued on special occasions or during training.
